2011 Schedule Problems

Post  D2 Director on Wed Jan 12, 2011 1:18 pm

Well, we did not get all of the lakes and dates that we wanted. Two other clubs got some of them instead even though we had the same lake/date as last year. I'm going to work with F+G to see what we can come up with.

Great East - moved to 4/30 (Sat) from 4/24 (Sun)
Bow - moved to Northwood -- giving us 2 Northwood Ts in a row.
2-day - both days on Bow.

So, do you want to keep those back-to-backs or do you want me to try for different lakes?

The 2 day T on Bow sounds good. Back to back on Northwood not so much. Stumpfield Marsh would be my suggestion as an alternative lake for one of the Northwood dates. There's parking there.

Guys,
I think that I am just going to keep the schedule with the changes in it. Right now, I just don't have the time to move the tournaments around. So, we'll go with the 2-day on Bow for both days, Northwood twice, and Great East on Sat. (I sitll have to do the Marine Patrol permits).

When I get a chance, I will try to update the website, get the changes to the national office, and update the sign-up dates in the forum also.
